EMPLOYEE BENEFITS SUMMARY - UNITED KINGDOM

At FocusFrame, we offer a full range of benefits designed to meet our employees’ needs. The following is a summary of benefits offered to full-time employees in the United Kingdom.

MEDICAL COVERAGE
Effective the first of the month following the date of hire, FocusFrame offers, to full-time employees, a medical plan through Standard Life. FocusFrame will pay the cost for the employee’s coverage 100% under this plan. The employee is eligible for any additional costs incurred should they elect to add dependants to their plan.

LONG TERM DISABILITY
LTD is offered to full-time employees through Norwich Union. Payment is deferred for 13 weeks then is based on 60% of base salary. This benefit is provided by FocusFrame at no cost to the employee.

LIFE INSURANCE
Effective the first of the month following the date of hire, FocusFrame offers, to full-time employees, a Life Insurance plan through Norwich Union. This benefit will pay 2x the employee’s base salary and is provided by FocusFrame at no cost to the employee.

PENSION
FocusFrame offers, to full time employees, a pension plan through Standard Life. Employees are eligible for participation the first of the month after six months of continuous employment. FocusFrame will match employee contributions, up to 3%.

VACATION
During the Company’s holiday year, January 1 through December 31, employees are entitled to 24 days of vacation. Effective the date of hire, employees begin accruing vacation time at a rate equivalent to 2 days per each complete calendar month worked.

HOLIDAYS
FocusFrame observes up to 11 company paid holidays per calendar year. These holidays include New Years Day, Good Friday, Easter, May Day, Spring Holiday, Summer Holiday, Christmas and Boxing Day. In addition, employees who are hired before July 1 are eligible for one floating holiday per calendar year.

HEALTH CLUB MEMBERSHIP REIMBURSEMENT
Effective the date of hire, full time employees are eligible for a reimbursement of up to $100 for the purchase of a health club membership. Employees are eligible for this reimbursement once every 12 months.
