EMPLOYEE BENEFITS SUMMARY - MEXICO

At FocusFrame, we offer a full range of benefits designed to meet our employee’s needs. The following is a summary of benefits offered to full-time employees in Mexico.

MEDICAL COVERAGE
Effective the first of the month following the date of hire, FocusFrame offers, to full-time employees, medical coverage through MetLife. FocusFrame pays for the employee’s medical premium 100%. This benefit includes the direct family of the employee (Spouse and children).

SOCIAL SECURITY
On the date of hire employees are registered with Social Security and are eligible to start receiving their benefits. Among the benefits provided by Social Security are INFONAVIT and AFORE.

AGUINALDO
Effective the date of hire, employees begin accruing Aguinaldo. This benefit is paid in accordance with Mexican Labor Laws and is equal to 15 days of the employees salary. If the employee does not work a full year a proportional amount will be paid.

VACATION
Effective the date of hire, employees begin accruing vacation time. Vacation time is accrued per pay period at a rate equivalent to three weeks (120 hours) per year. Maximum accrual that can be carried is 200 hours.

VACATION BONUS
Employees are eligible to receive a vacation bonus. This bonus is included with vacation usage and pays a 25% premium in addition to their used vacation time.

SICK TIME
Effective January 1, full time employees are granted 5 days (40 hours) of sick time. Employees that are hired during the year are granted a pro-rated amount, which is calculated based on their date of hire. Sick time does not carry over from one year to the next.

HOLIDAYS
Effective the date of hire, FocusFrame observes up to 11 company paid holidays per calendar year. These holidays include New Years Day, Constitution Day, Benito Juarez day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Revolution Day and Christmas. In addition, employees who are hired before July 1 are eligible for one floating holiday per calendar year.

HEALTH CLUB MEMBERSHIP REIMBURSEMENT
Effective the date of hire, full time employees are eligible for a reimbursement of up to $100 for the purchase of a health club membership. Employees are eligible for this reimbursement once every 12 months.
