While the founders’ experiences were somewhat varied, there was one common thread throughout their personal histories: Those engagements that invested in exceptional systems verification throughout the development lifecycle were much more likely to be successful in terms of delivery timeframe, user expectations, budget and general acceptance. In fact, as a group, the Directors of FocusFrame cannot identify one implementation failure where a significant investment was made early on in systems verification and general quality.
